Covenants of Turkey Mountain Airpark

           
  Summary of Protective Covenants      

All lots are for single family  purposes. The dwelling must be a minimum of 1800 square feet on at least one level. A hangar either as part or the house or detached is required and must complement the dwelling. No absentee ownership; the home must be occupied by the property owner or their family and no commercial activity is allowed. The exterior of the home must be completed within 12 months of commencing construction.

Plans must be approved by the developer.

Setbacks are 20 feet front and back and 15 feet on sides. Building can be no closer than 90 feet to the centerline of the runway.

A recreational vehicle may be used as a temporary residence for a period of no more than 12 months while the home is being constructed. Storage of one RV is permitted after construction.

Water hookup will be provided by developer. Electric is available. Septic systems must meet Barry County and State of Missouri rules and are the responsibility of homeowner.

A Homeowners Association will be established to handle the affairs of the subdivision.
